What We do

Maintenance

No matter the size of your premises you will be expected under your lease agreement to maintain certain assets, we can take the hassle away from you  and your team by providing a comprehensive and complete maintenance regime. Initially we will come to site and ascertain your assets within your demised area/premises,  ensuring that all assets and conduits that are your responsibility are incorporated into a yearly maintenance regime. This will fall inline with your lease agreement so that you have complete comfort that everything is taken care off. Specialist and trusted contractors will be tasked with maintaining all the assets and as the client you will be given full transparency of when the maintenance will be taking place. Full maintenance documentation will then be sent across to you for your records with a copy being held also at M&C Consultants and Management.

Compliance

  

Your Fire Risk Assessment along with General Risk Assessment’s and Water Risk Assessment’s (if required) will all be booked in with an independent assessor so that you can remain completely compliant throughout the year. Off the back of each report, it may generate actions that are required to be rectified, these actions can then be taken care off after consultation with yourselves by our approved contractors. We can ensure that all your Fire extinguishers are maintained and serviced in line with The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

Repairs

 

At times things will break or stop working which do not fall under the landlord’s remit to fix. M&C consultants and  Management will provide you with an in hours Monday to Friday (9am-5pm) email and point of contact phone number so that if anything should pop up during the working week it can be taken care of swiftly with having only to speak with that one designated person. That one point of contact will then coordinate the correct contractor to attend to rectify the issue as quickly as possible. On top of this an out of hours (5pm-9am) emergency number Monday to Sunday will be given, so if required a plumber or electrician will be able to attend any emergencies to your premises 24/7.
